JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated Change Management Consultant to support strategic transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead change efforts and develop impactful communication strategies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management initiatives across complex projects to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies that drive stakeholder engagement and adoption.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments to identify impact, readiness, and engagement needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate change strategies into actionable plans.
  • Provide training and support to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in developing training plans and materials.
