Join a dynamic team as a Campaign Program Manager, where you'll manage the execution and day-to-day processes of entertainment and culture campaigns. Drive creative development and cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of small to medium-scale campaigns and support complex projects.
• Coordinate campaign and program alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with and manage both internal and external creative teams.
• Ensure timely development and delivery of creative assets across multiple channels.
• Assist in budget management and forecasting for campaigns and programs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and implement workflow tools.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integrated consumer marketing or creative program management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to work within cross-functional marketing teams.
• Experience with integrated, cross-channel deliverables, particularly in social media.
• Strong analytical skills using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Passion for the entertainment industry, including television, film, and the creator space.
• Familiarity with project management tools and programs like Smartsheet.
• Understanding of motion graphics and post-production workflows.
• Basic awareness of legal and contracting parameters.
