Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of small to medium-scale campaigns and support complex projects.
- Coordinate campaign and program alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and manage both internal and external creative teams.
- Ensure timely development and delivery of creative assets across multiple channels.
- Assist in budget management and forecasting for campaigns and programs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and implement workflow tools.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in integrated consumer marketing or creative program management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to work within cross-functional marketing teams.
- Experience with integrated, cross-channel deliverables, particularly in social media.
- Strong analytical skills using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Preferred Skills
- Passion for the entertainment industry, including television, film, and the creator space.
- Familiarity with project management tools and programs like Smartsheet.
- Understanding of motion graphics and post-production workflows.
- Basic awareness of legal and contracting parameters.
