JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Data Analyst, where you will harness your analytical prowess to drive data-driven decisions and enhance the customer journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape dashboard and reporting strategies while uncovering key digital business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and enhance digital performance across various channels, including web, email, social, and paid media.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Extract and interpret data using SQL to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights.
  • Configure tracking and measurement tools to assess user behavior and campaign success.
  • Deliver compelling insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies that boost customer engagement.

Skills

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in digital analytics with 2-3 years of experience in analyzing digital performance.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Excellent strategic insight and communication skills to present findings clearly.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, and relational database models.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
