Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to develop innovative product designs that align with business objectives.
• Create detailed wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes to communicate design visions.
• Conduct informal testing and research to validate design directions and ensure user-centered design.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Engage with customers to understand their business environment and technical needs, ensuring solutions meet their requirements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis to implementation, using appropriate methodologies.

Skills

• Strong expertise in User Experience design and Design Thinking principles.
• Proficiency in using Figma and other design tools to create compelling visual designs.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and designs to team members and end users.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently, demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and quality in all aspects of design and development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with niche technologies such as ecommerce systems and specialty development in mobility and TPF.
• Familiarity with standard processes, tools, and techniques for researching, analyzing, and implementing new technologies.
• Capability to provide strong perspectives and advocate for user-centered design in all products.
