JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead hardware commissioning and validation activities for automated systems.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams and vendors, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional testing and performance validation.
  • Ensure all systems meet operational, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Track and report testing progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with operations, IT, safety, and vendor teams.

Skills

  • Proven experience in warehouse automation or industrial systems, with a strong understanding of operations and performance metrics.
  • Excellent project coordination and communication skills, capable of articulating technical issues and facilitating mitigation.
  • Familiarity with testing protocols, compliance standards, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work nights as needed and communicate effectively across technical and operational teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with large retailers or logistics companies.
  • Background in commissioning and validation of automated systems.
