JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated IT Field Technician to provide exceptional user support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to technology solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
  • Configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing equipment and software.
  • Set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems.
  • Address LAN, server, and connectivity issues effectively.
  • Utilize ticketing and hardware asset management systems for efficient operations.
  • Perform data migrations, restorations, and remote problem-solving as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members on local and national projects to enhance technology delivery.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with mobile device support and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and familiarity with ServiceNow and Ivanti.
  • Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis and maintain a professional presence.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a large organizational environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and a growth mindset to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided.
