JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while contributing to the success of our network infrastructure across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Meraki network equipment, including routers and wireless access points.
  • Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
  • Monitor network performance using Meraki Dashboard and implement necessary adjustments for optimal functionality.
  • Provide technical support to end-users experiencing connectivity challenges.
  • Document installation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Meraki technology and best practices.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience with Cisco Meraki products in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and DHCP/DNS configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex network issues quickly.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
  • Experience in collaborating with IT teams to integrate new solutions with existing infrastructure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
