JOB DESCRIPTION

Join an exciting opportunity as an IT Project Manager to lead technology infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale deployments and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of technology infrastructure projects in new campus buildings.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful installations and configurations.
  • Provide hands-on support for equipment setup and ensure quality delivery of components.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders regularly.
  • Proactively address project challenges and implement solutions to meet objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on technology infrastructure.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware installations and configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience in motivating and inspiring team members.
