Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of technology infrastructure projects in new campus buildings.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful installations and configurations.
- Provide hands-on support for equipment setup and ensure quality delivery of components.
- Communicate project status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders regularly.
- Proactively address project challenges and implement solutions to meet objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on technology infrastructure.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a track record of delivering projects on time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with hardware installations and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in motivating and inspiring team members.
