• Act as the liaison for capturing and communicating project expectations between clients and the creative team.
• Coordinate daily agency efforts to meet client partner requests and maintain critical project deadlines.
• Support client meetings with detailed recaps, feedback, and next steps to ensure clarity and progress.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Sales, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or a similar role, demonstrating strong client-focused solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
