Join a dynamic team as a Deployment Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting and implementing network and telephony solutions for North American stores. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the deployment of network and telephony hardware/software for North American stores.
• Manage on-site technicians and act as the primary point of contact for store activities.
• Collaborate with construction teams to implement networking solutions and configure hardware.
• Order and coordinate network and telephony circuits to meet project deadlines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee shipping and receiving activities.
• Update and maintain inventory and reporting systems using Excel, PowerBI, and other tools.
• Provide regular status reports on network activities and changes to leadership.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerBI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years of IT experience, with at least two years in networking.
• Experience with routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and telephony systems.
• Project management or coordination experience.
• Retail or field experience in a similar environment.
