JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Social Media Content & Channel Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping social strategies and storytelling across global platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful social media content creation within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligning with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Create and manage editorial calendars, including content themes and campaign timelines across various platforms.
  • Utilize analytics to evaluate content performance and audience engagement trends.
  • Establish and manage global community engagement, enhancing brand loyalty and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with regional marketers to monitor posts by key opinion leaders.

Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media content creation within a regulated industry.
  • Strong background in data and analytics, with proficiency in converting insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Proven experience with design and SaaS tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and HootSuite.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Python, R, and Sprinklr.
  • Ability to navigate complex medical systems and understand stakeholder needs.
  • Experience in creating social media workflows in a Jira and Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%, both internationally and domestically.
