- Meet performance and quality metrics consistently.
Skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in project coordination or management.
