JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic design studio to lead innovative motion design projects for multimodal experiences. Collaborate with a creative team to craft elegant and compelling designs that enhance user interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging motion UX behaviors and animations that enhance user experiences.
  • Collaborate with interaction, visual, and voice designers in a supportive environment.
  • Help establish motion design guidelines and best practices.
  • Adapt motion design to optimize for various customer modalities.
  • Work closely with product management to align design with product objectives.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure design principles are upheld in the final product.
  • Present designs to teams and leadership, incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Contribute to the broader design community and inspire fellow designers.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion design.
  • At least 1 year of experience in UX motion design.
  • Strong expertise in motion and visual design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as After Effects and Sketch.

Preferred Skills

  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile processes and collaboration with product management.
  • Ability to work directly with developers for design implementation.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms, including mobile and virtual reality.
  • Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and motion studies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Illustrator, Lottie, and other prototyping tools.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
