Join our dynamic team as an API Developer, where you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing cutting-edge APIs to enhance our clinical services. This is a 6+ month remote contract with potential for hire, offering a chance to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a talented team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs to support clinical services and integration projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to review and recommend design solutions.
• Engage proactively with product teams during sprint ceremonies and other collaborative sessions.
• Ensure timely delivery of stories within 2-week sprint cycles, including complete unit testing before QA.
• Partner with QA staff to implement automated test scripts.

Skills

• Proven experience in API design and development.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, and Groovy.
• Experience with XSD, WSDL, and JSON Schema.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API management and integration frameworks like WSO2 or Mulesoft.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
