JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Experience Designer in a dynamic and innovative environment where you'll drive impactful user experiences and collaborate with diverse teams to create exceptional digital products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Agile Product Teams to ensure successful design and positioning of product experiences.
  • Lead the UI/UX design implementation for digital products, ensuring they meet customer and business objectives.
  • Develop intuitive user experiences that are functional, competitive, and focused on user needs.
  • Translate user requirements into comprehensive product experiences, including customer journeys and UI designs.
  • Create experience designs, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design specifications.
  • Work within cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier products through Agile/SCRUM development cycles.
  • Continuously enhance your understanding of user challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills

  • Proven experience in interaction and visual design, focusing on creating user-centered products.
  • Strong skills in product thinking, understanding how to align user needs with business goals.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex design challenges.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Service Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Familiarity with design frameworks and workshop facilitation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
