Join our dynamic team as a User Experience Researcher, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of innovative digital products and services. Your expertise in research methods will guide our strategic decisions and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research initiatives that align with business strategies and goals using your expertise in behavioral science and experimental design.
  • Communicate complex research concepts clearly across diverse audiences and organizational levels.
  • Develop and implement research methods such as field studies, surveys, lab tests, and A-B testing to address specific questions.
  • Analyze a wide range of data types to provide insightful and actionable findings.

Skills

  • Proven track record of contributing to the design of successful digital products and services for over three years.
  • Strong background in fields like Experimental Psychology, Human Factors, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to convey complex ideas effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Cognitive Psychology or Human Computer Interaction.
  • Experience with a wide range of research methodologies and ethnographic techniques.
  • Proficiency in quantitative data analysis and inferential statistics.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas through written, verbal, and visual communication.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
