We are seeking a talented System Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the development and optimization of satellite manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software scripts and instrumentation interfaces for data collection and analysis.
• Analyze test data to identify failures and drive root cause resolution.
• Conduct failure mode analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and manufacturability.
• Optimize production test flows to improve efficiency while ensuring reliability.
• Perform hands-on experiments and hardware debugging to assess system behavior and propose corrective actions.
• Document findings and communicate effectively with engineering and program stakeholders.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software systems development, hardware testing, or production engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.
• Strong background in system-level debugging and test optimization.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C for test automation.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems development and testing.
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control and tools like Minitab or JMP.
• Experience in high-reliability manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of commercial test equipment and manufacturing execution systems.
