JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager, where you'll bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, working in a collaborative environment to drive impactful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the IT liaison, working with stakeholders to define and translate project requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirements, outlining project scope, benefits, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project management to establish objectives and monitor project progress and milestones.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and change management.
  • Provide support throughout the project life cycle, from analysis to deployment, and assist in end-user training and documentation.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a project management or business analyst role within an IT environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Certification in business analysis or project management is a plus.
  • Ability to lead small to medium-sized projects and drive business process changes.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
