JOB DESCRIPTION

Join an innovative team as a Senior Program Manager, driving impactful cross-functional marketing campaigns to engage customers. Lead the execution of complex initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing campaigns, collaborating with operations, marketing, science, analytics, and product teams.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks, risks, and issues impacting campaign success.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to enhance performance and achieve goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align on business objectives and campaign requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials to support program scalability.
  • Oversee planning and budget management in partnership with finance and leadership.
  • Conduct post-campaign customer email surveys to assess success.

Skills

  • Proven experience in program/project management within marketing, advertising, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience in leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
