JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer and lead the creation of intuitive digital experiences. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction and drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of innovative solutions that align with user needs and organizational goals using tools like Jira and Figma.
  • Apply human-centered design methods to address common design challenges and enhance user engagement.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration within teams and mentor junior designers.
  • Model leadership competencies and support a culture focused on continuous improvement and client commitment.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Over 6 years of experience in user experience, interaction design, or product innovation.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and shipping digital products.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration to deliver business value.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial services or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with UX research and user-centered design processes.
