Responsibilities
- Guide and inspire a team of engineers to develop exceptional mail and file-sharing applications.
- Establish and implement best practices for software development, including Agile methodologies and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and prioritize development tasks.
- Ensure technical excellence by setting and maintaining high coding standards.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in managing software development teams and delivering commercial products.
- Strong understanding of software design for client-server applications on Windows and/or Mac.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to streamline workflows.
- Commitment to product quality through test automation and continuous integration.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in designing user-friendly applications.
- Interest in cybersecurity and cryptography.
- Experience with deploying scalable systems in a cloud environment.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
