JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Marketing Business Planning Contractor, where you'll support the Corporate Marketing Organization and Enterprise Partners by managing integrated roadmaps and portfolios. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive impactful marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technology, enablement, product, and design teams to define plans and mobilize efforts for effective outcomes.
  • Influence cross-functional project teams, ensuring delivery of outcomes and fostering problem-solving through collaboration.
  • Manage large, detailed projects, adapting quickly to changing plans and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, bringing solutions or facilitating discussions for resolution.
  • Oversee operational project elements, including budget and resource allocation.

Skills

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, with a focus on internal and third-party partnerships.
  • Technical fluency to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in public speaking and presentations.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe Workfront.
  • Experience serving as a connector between business strategy and technical implementation.
