JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a QA Test Lead, where you'll spearhead testing phases for major projects, ensuring quality and excellence. This role offers flexibility with the option to work remotely or from our offices in MPLS or Denver, up to three days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing phases of projects, acting as a mini-project manager to coordinate test prep and execution.
  • Communicate effectively to summarize testing data for executive insights and lead test meetings with authority.
  • Develop and execute test strategies, scripts, and cases, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Coordinate testing efforts across teams and manage the defect lifecycle, reporting status and trends.
  • Collaborate with business users, vendor managers, and system resources to enhance testing processes.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and project management skills during testing phases.
  • Excellent communication skills for storytelling and leading meetings.
  • Proficiency in Jira and other testing tools.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive test strategies and ensure traceability to project requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in agile testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst.
  • Experience in large, complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
