Join Our Team as a Senior Test Engineer - Specialized

Are you passionate about performance testing and eager to lead a globally diverse team? We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Test Engineer - Specialized to join our team for a 12-month opportunity. In this role, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact by driving performance testing across multiple applications, both on-premises and cloud-hosted, while fostering an inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team to deliver comprehensive performance testing for various applications.
  • Optimize testing strategies and manage testing backlogs for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Conduct performance assessments, workload modeling, and gather requirements.
  • Utilize monitoring tools and log analytics to ensure system performance and prevent production incidents.
  • Enhance quality and productivity through automation and engineering initiatives.
  • Apply system thinking to analyze end-to-end performance results in various environments.
  • Train and educate teams on performance testing concepts and expectations.

Skills

  • Extensive hands-on experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner and JMeter.
  • Proficient in system/server analysis using tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
  • Strong understanding of coding, logic, and syntax.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and AWS, including API Gateway, Lambda, and containerization.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in CICD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Tekton.
  • Familiarity with AWS services like S3, CloudWatch, QuickSight, EC2, and RedShift.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in leading multiple concurrent projects with a focus on performance testing and engineering.
