|Job ID 70746|Posted Jun 20, 2025Are you ready to lead Agile teams to new heights? We are seeking a dynamic Agile Scrum Master - Lead to join our team. This role involves guiding and mentoring teams to ensure effective delivery of projects using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Sprint Reviews to ensure team alignment and productivity.
- Identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress, acting as a liaison between the team and stakeholders.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a self-organizing and collaborative environment.
- Promote adherence to Scrum frameworks and continuously seek ways to improve team processes.
- Serve as a bridge between Scrum teams and other stakeholders, effectively communicating progress and challenges.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as Agility.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
