JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to lead Agile teams to new heights? We are seeking a dynamic Agile Scrum Master - Lead to join our team. This role involves guiding and mentoring teams to ensure effective delivery of projects using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Sprint Reviews to ensure team alignment and productivity.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress, acting as a liaison between the team and stakeholders.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a self-organizing and collaborative environment.
  • Promote adherence to Scrum frameworks and continuously seek ways to improve team processes.
  • Serve as a bridge between Scrum teams and other stakeholders, effectively communicating progress and challenges.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in an IT environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as Agility.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
