JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various projects. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work while providing an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and completion of projects, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management regarding project status and outcomes.
  • Utilize your expertise to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
  • Implement strategies to enhance project velocity and efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within the IT sector (3-5 years).
  • Strong ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Experience with Generative AI technologies (1 year).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing project needs.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
