We are seeking a talented and motivated System Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work while contributing to innovative monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and support enterprise-level monitoring solutions for application and infrastructure environments.
• Implement and manage Dynatrace environments for infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into system health and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align observability solutions with business needs.
• Analyze telemetry data to identify trends and resolve application performance issues.
• Regularly review existing observability solutions and recommend improvements.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering monitoring solutions.
• Proficient in Dynatrace architecture and best practices, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch and application performance telemetry analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom monitoring solutions and scripting for Unix and Windows servers.
• Familiarity with ITSM solutions and Event Management processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly.
