|Job ID 70729|Posted Jun 19, 2025We are seeking a dedicated Agile PLM Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for users of the Agile Product Lifecycle Management system.
Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging training materials tailored to various user roles and skill levels.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions in various formats, including in-person and virtual.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, and report on training metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agile PLM system functionality and best practices.
- Continuously assess and improve training programs based on user feedback and industry trends.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably for PLM systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile PLM functionalities and modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile PLM administration and e-learning authoring tools.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Industry certifications related to training and development.
