We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist with proven expertise in the implementation and administration of LogicGate risk and compliance software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the compliance GRC initiative by configuring workflows, managing user access, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring that governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes align with regulatory and internal requirements.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy compliance professional who thrives at the intersection of regulatory adherence and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ­­­­Lead and support the implementation and optimization of LogicGate workflows and modules.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Administer system settings, manage user roles/permissions, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Monitor compliance metrics and generate reports for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end users.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems administration protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.  Applicable certifications will be considered (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM)
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or GRC functions.
  • 1 full cycle implementation with hands-on experience with LogicGate platform implementation and configuration, of the exceptions, risk, compliance and issue management modules.
  • Familiarity with One Trust 3rd party risk module.
  • API design to connect critical functions of the system between other core systems
  • Strong understanding of system administration principles and user management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Years’ Experience Required:  4-6+
