JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as an IT Contracts Specialist where you'll play a crucial role in managing and negotiating IT contracts, ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration across departments. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage IT contracts, ensuring consistent compliance with established terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with IT leaders and various departments to facilitate contract development and negotiation processes.
  • Monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines, ensuring timely execution.
  • Provide guidance on IT contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposure to stakeholders.
  • Engage directly with suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Participate in audits of IT contracts and recommend process improvements.

Skills

  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and management, particularly in IT.
  • Strong understanding of medical and technical acronyms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze and develop strategies for contract negotiations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with IT contracts and procurement processes.
  • Additional years of experience in contract management.
  • Creativity and business reasoning to align contract terms with organizational needs.
