JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing innovative backend solutions to enhance our internal marketing platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend Java applications for the internal marketing platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create analysis tools for optimizing marketing channels.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new technologies to drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Java programming and backend development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience in optimizing marketing strategies through technology.
