JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a TEM Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing test delivery and quality initiatives. This six-month contract offers a hybrid work environment in Minneapolis, allowing you to collaborate with tech leaders and stakeholders to explore innovative test solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve current test environments and delivery processes
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to enhance test solutions
  • Lead strategic initiatives for test solution development
  • Evaluate resource requirements for effective SLA management
  • Drive quality initiatives to improve business outcomes

Skills

  • Strong process analysis and documentation abilities
  • Experience in conflict resolution and issue escalation
  • Excellent skills in summarization and presentation development
  • Ability to evaluate resource needs related to SLA management

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with database backups and application code management
  • Understanding of application services and API architecture
  • Knowledge of batch processing and test data generation
  • Insight into SDLC roles and best practices
