We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project/Program Manager II to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects while collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and completion of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to achieve project goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Document processes and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead regular status meetings and maintain clear communication with all team members and stakeholders.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Program Manager with a track record of managing complex programs successfully.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives and resolve complex issues.
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Knowledge of capital planning and financial estimation processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
