JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic design team dedicated to creating seamless user experiences in the global logistics sector. This role offers the chance to influence UX decisions while collaborating with a diverse team committed to innovation and accessibility.

Responsibilities

  • Design user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex workflows, from concept to delivery.
  • Lead strategic planning and propose innovative solutions backed by data insights.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design choices and ensure customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions and mentor fellow designers.

Skills

  • Strong background in interaction design for web/software applications.
  • Degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in web-based information architecture and usability principles.
  • Expertise in Figma with a robust online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex design concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile environments with technical teams.
  • Self-starter with a focus on customer obsession and detail-oriented teamwork.
  • Prototyping skills in Figma.
