JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Business Analyst where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our commercial loan origination system. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and collaborate across teams to drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate detailed business requirements.
  • Convert business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing, ensuring thorough issue tracking.
  • Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress and key product decisions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during training sessions, offering business context and clarifying requirements.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with nCino or similar commercial loan origination systems.
  • Experience in writing detailed business requirements and procedural documentation.
  • Comfortable presenting to management and responding to queries from internal teams and vendors.
