JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Software Development Engineer, where you'll innovate and lead in developing cutting-edge, full-stack cloud-native applications. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust, scalable software applications and services utilizing multi-threaded programming.
  • Lead the development and deployment of cloud-native solutions using Python and React/Node.js.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation for developed software.
  • Act as a technical lead on complex projects, ensuring adherence to best practice engineering standards.

Skills

  • Proficient in Python and front-end development with JavaScript/React.
  • Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB.
  • Skilled in creating and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
  • Competent in infrastructure-as-code deployment solutions like AWS CloudFormation or AWS CDK.
  • Experience in collaborative development using git repositories.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Contact Center development and telephony infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering for large language models.
  • Familiarity with AI-based coding assistants for development and documentation.
  • Proven ability to build serverless architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles.
