JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. IT Project Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading cutover activities for an ERP deployment, ensuring a smooth transition and effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the cutover strategy and plan in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Create and manage cutover-related deliverables, including blackout strategies and mock cutover reports.
  • Conduct mock cutover simulations to refine strategies based on outcomes.
  • Provide regular status updates to project leadership regarding cutover activities and potential risks.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with cutover activities, including data migration and system administration issues.
  • Collaborate with various workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Skills

  • Proven project management experience with various delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Strong background in SAP S/4Hana implementations and cutover activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain contingency plans for critical cutover activities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI.
  • Knowledge of business analysis and change management practices.
