JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Jr. IT Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, ensuring smooth operations across various technological platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage site IT infrastructure, including workstations, telecom, and printers.
  • Collaborate with remote teams to provide comprehensive site support.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain various IT systems and networks.
  • Provide software support, including MS Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ensure compliance with IT and safety protocols through regular training and meetings.

Skills

  • Proficiency in configuring and supporting WINTEL/LINUX systems.
  • Experience with network technologies such as Ethernet, LAN/WAN, and VPN.
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot printers and telecom equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry environment.
  • Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.
