JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic design team focused on transforming global logistics experiences into intuitive and delightful interfaces. This role offers the chance to make significant UX decisions while working with a diverse international team.

Responsibilities

  • Design user-friendly experiences by transforming complex workflows into engaging interfaces, from concept to delivery.
  • Lead strategic planning and propose innovative customer experience solutions, supported by data-driven insights.
  • Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and ensure solutions are customer-centric.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions and mentor fellow designers.

Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in interaction design for web or software applications.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in web-based information architecture, design, and usability principles.
  • Proficiency in Figma and a strong online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey complex design concepts effectively.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience working with technical teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create prototypes in Figma.
