JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as an Associate Director, Customer Experience & Omnichannel Enablement, where you'll drive innovation and enhance customer experiences for leading clients. This remote opportunity offers a chance to work with cross-functional teams to transform digital marketing strategies and elevate enterprise-wide customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with clients to enhance digital marketing capabilities and data-driven sales
  • Lead discovery and research phases to understand client needs and digital ecosystems
  • Create recommendations to boost digital maturity and omnichannel effectiveness
  • Guide change management efforts and ensure best practices in omnichannel marketing execution
  • Facilitate cross-channel data capture and leverage it for improved client outcomes
  • Provide strategic advice and develop training programs for clients and partners

Skills

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and client-facing roles
  • Strong background in pharmaceutical or life sciences marketing
  • Proficiency in developing data-driven marketing strategies and using marketing technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital transformation projects
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior team members
  • Understanding of large enterprise technology needs
  • Adaptability to work across multiple projects in fast-paced environments
