JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Full Stack Developer in Minneapolis, MN, where you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge software solutions in a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop efficient and high-performing software applications using Java, C#, Python, .Net, and Spring Boot.
  • Enhance and maintain on-premises and internal platform as a service (PAAS) applications, while transitioning these to AWS in line with project timelines.
  • Design and implement serverless patterns from containerized applications to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Build and establish industry-standard APIs, ensuring effective consumption and routing.
  • Engage actively in Agile software development activities, including sprint planning and daily standups.
  • Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance with privacy regulations during development.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing ideas and ensuring clear communication.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Java, Full-stack, C#, .NET, and/or Python development.
  • Experience with GitHub/GitLab, SonarQube, JUnit, and Spring Boot.
  • Proficient in designing and writing automated test cases using TDD/BDD methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Circle CI.
  • Strong understanding of AWS Cloud serverless components and cloud data processing systems.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with relational and object-oriented database management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey critical information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with relevant technical experience.
  • Experience with OpenShift and AWS Certification.
  • Background in developing software solutions within the airline industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices, including code testing, building, and deployment automation.
