JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Full Stack Developer, where you'll be at the forefront of creating efficient software solutions. This role offers a unique blend of on-prem and cloud-based development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality software using languages such as Java, C#, Python, and .NET.
  • Enhance and maintain internal applications, transitioning them to AWS as part of project timelines.
  • Design and implement serverless patterns from containerized applications.
  • Create industry-standard APIs, focusing on connectivity protocols and policies.
  • Optimize architecture patterns for reliability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive performance improvements through detailed monitoring and metrics analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards during development.
  • Participate actively in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to share ideas and troubleshoot production systems.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of a rotation.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and SQL databases.
  • Strong troubleshooting and deployment skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • Experience with OpenShift and MQ.
  • DevOps and automation experience in code testing and deployment.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and HP-UX operating systems.
  • AWS Certification is a plus.
