Skills
- Strong experience in change management and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in project management and familiarity with MS Office and Teams.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively in teams.
Preferred Skills
- PROSCI Change Management Certification.
- Experience in the financial services industry or large corporate environments.
- Background in HR, I/O Psychology, or related fields.
