|Job ID 70663|Posted Jun 13, 2025Join our team as a Sales Enablement Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the proposal and pitch development process in response to RFI/RFPs. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, driving the sales process and ensuring the highest quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development process for proposals, orals, and pitch materials in response to RFI/RFPs.
- Assemble and coordinate a cross-functional team, working closely with the lead Managing Director to assign responsibilities and manage deadlines.
- Act as a partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and accountability among team members.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, providing strategic sales guidance and recommendations.
- Ensure all proposal content is organized, properly tagged, and uploaded to the sales asset management system.
- Train and support sales teams on presentation development, sales assets, and client engagement strategies.
Skills
- Proven project management expertise with the ability to lead teams and manage timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with strong formatting and editing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse leadership styles.
- 3-7 years of experience in proposal and RFP development, specifically within B2B professional services
- Comfortable working remotely and supporting Eastern and Central Standard Time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with sales asset management systems, such as Seismic.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and other content management systems.
- Experience with sales training and sales outreach initiatives.
