JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage various projects and programs from inception to completion.
  • Set deadlines and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to upper management.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status and outcomes.
  • Lead and inspire teams, fostering creativity and innovation.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, with at least 7 years in the field or a related area.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with diverse concepts, practices, and procedures in project management.
  • Creative mindset with a wide degree of latitude in decision-making.
  • Experience reporting to senior management or department heads.
