Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap for eCommerce platforms, focusing on user experience and performance.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create scalable solutions that enhance product storytelling and customer journeys.
• Lead initiatives to integrate user-generated content into product detail pages to boost engagement.
• Implement social commerce features that enhance product discovery and customer interaction.
• Utilize data and testing to optimize key performance indicators such as conversion rates and site speed.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in eCommerce and mobile experiences.

Skills

• Proven experience in managing customer-facing product experiences in a high-scale digital commerce setting.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize input from various stakeholders into a clear product vision.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve product performance.
