JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Product Engineer to join our team and drive the development of decorative accessories and hard bath products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with in-office collaboration for sample reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical development process to ensure products meet quality standards and adhere to business initiatives.
  • Create and interpret product concepts, guiding them through the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with design, sourcing, quality, and merchant teams to provide technical product guidance.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
  • Conduct strategic research to develop innovative product solutions and influence product direction.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in product engineering or development.
  • Strong understanding of testing, safety, and legal requirements for consumer products.
  • Proficiency in 2-D and/or 3-D CAD software packages, such as Adobe Suite and Miro.
  • Deep knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in strategic research and product innovation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional team activities focused on product style, quality, and value.
