JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day support of the E-Commerce Merchandising Team for promotions and products that support the objectives of Keurig.com. Marketing, Merchandising or Ecomm experience is preferred but not required. The most critical skills needed are attention to detail, ability to pivot and take action quickly, organization, accuracy and juggling several projects at once.

Content Management:

  • Key stakeholder in bringing all onsite creative assets to life, with close attention to detail to ensure every asset is accurate
  • Own the end-to-end creative asset project workflow, from brief-in through onsite execution
  • Partner with designers to troubleshoot or clarify design and messaging challenges, and serve as liaison for escalation to category managers for larger challenges
  • Own the .com master promotional activities calendar
  • Update promotional calendars with online activities and campaigns for pods and brewers
  • Partner with coffee brand teams on creative asset proofing revisions and feedback loop back through the design team
  • Assist merchandise managers with the execution of online promotional tactics in support of product sales
  • Key stakeholder in marketing meetings with in-house staff (creative briefs, design reviews, weekly KCOM business review)
  • Partner with coffee brands for onsite feature and activation planning
  • Responsible for URL tagging of all onsite assets, to be leveraged for onsite analytics

Business Analytics:
  • Actualization of financial performance of all product categories.
  • Analyze promotional performance
  • Ad hoc brand performance analysis
  • Ad hoc google analytics on sessions and conversion
  • Competitive price scraping and validation for all categories

Digital Shelf and Innovation:
  • Optimize the product catalog for .com and the app, as well as select  marketplaces
  • Responsible for new product setups, pricing and product launches to ensure products are ready for sale and optimized for performance
  • Collaborate with brand partners to ensure best in class inputs for launch of product detail pages
  • Partner with CRM and Engineering teams to execution product transitions supported by customer communication plans
  • Continuously seek ways to improve product listings, category pages, and search experiences to deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience.

  • Extremely adaptable to immediate changes to the promotional plan, with the ability to work with all stakeholders to ensure they are apprised of these changes
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, including the ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and positions
  • Solid excel knowledge, inclusive of vlookup, pivot tables and basic sum / average formulas
  • Ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking and effective project management

Software Experience:
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge web analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI)
  • Proficiency in project/content management software (Ignite/Inmotion/Lytho, Adobe Digital Asset Management, Invision)

Level of Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or other related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in retail merchandising, retail planning, assistant buyer / category manager support or project management
