Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Align customer objectives with our platform capabilities and analytics solutions.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage renewals and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
- Lead strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews to ensure customer success.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings.
- Develop and implement best practices for customer engagement and success.
- Proactively address customer needs and evolving priorities through effective planning.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
- Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Proven track record of driving successful customer outcomes in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative attitude with a strong internal drive to achieve results.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with retail technology used in physical stores.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions with limited information.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in retail analytics.
