Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize data warehouse solutions using cloud-based services to handle large-scale data processing.
  • Collaborate with global teams to tackle unique business challenges through creative problem-solving.
  • Automate and enhance ETL processes to improve data quality and accessibility.
  • Design and implement efficient systems to process vast amounts of data, ensuring scalability and future growth.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insightful data products.

Skills

  • Proficiency in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
  • Strong command of SQL and experience with various query languages like PL/SQL or HiveQL.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as Python or KornShell.
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, ODI, or SSIS.
